Established on January 1, 1992, Yayasan Kerti Praja was founded by Prof. Dr. Dewa Nyoman Wirawan, MPH, Dr. Dr. Partha Muliawan, M.Sc (OM), and Anak Agung Sagung Mas Partini. Our vision is to foster a society capable of achieving the highest health standards through evidence-based prevention, treatment, and mitigation approaches. Our mission encompasses health education, basic health services, medical and public health research, and poverty alleviation. We conduct research, provide outreach education, and deliver comprehensive health care, focusing on sexual and reproductive health for at-risk communities, including female sex workers, MSM, transgender individuals, high-risk men, and people who inject drugs.
Yayasan Kerti Praja offers a continuum of care with one-stop services for HIV/AIDS, including prevention, treatment, and mitigation. Our services range from outreach education and peer education to mobile HIV testing and reproductive health in emergencies. Our clinic, open Monday through Saturday, provides voluntary counseling and HIV testing (VCT), STI screening, management of opportunistic infections, and ARV treatment. As a subsidized clinic for Indonesian citizens, donations are greatly appreciated to support our mission. Through our dedicated programs, we strive to improve health outcomes and reduce stigma for those affected by HIV/AIDS in Bali.
